I swear I'm going to get back on track with the news posts!

Two weeks ago I had a chance to sit down with Judith Briles, The Book Shepherd, and everything is on its way! I'm waiting on editing and currently working with a cover artist! I'm so excited!!!

A little background about Return to Royalty:

I started writing about Nyx and Jet when I was just sixteen years old. I didn't really know where I was going with it, only that I loved the characters and I knew I wanted it to be a series. I wanted there to be magic and a huge world, and a little bit of romance. I began writing the story for Nanowrimo in 2007, but in January of 2008 the book began to blossom and grow into something I never could have thought possible.

I've continued to work on it and revise and ask for opinions and revise and rewrite. I never imagined that it would take almost 10 years to get to this point, but it's been so worth the wait! I'm so happy that my book has become everything I dreamed it would be!

I can't wait to see what else is in store, and I'm sure you can't either! Stay tuned for more updates and hopefully a cover soon!
